 Does Google get .cgi files??

I got an Amazon store section on my site, but my log shows that the Google bot is only geting the first index page. Hit the index of it 30 times. Will it get file names like this...

amazon_store.cgi?mode=videogames
amazon_store.cgi?mode=videogames&id=229763
amazon_store.cgi?item=B00000DMB3&type=Search
